TERMS OF USE
1. Prices include all legal taxes, except for the Accommodation Tax (€ 0.50 night/room), which the customer pays at the hotel upon departure.
2. A deposit of 25% of the total cost is required upon booking, payable either by credit/debit card or via bank transfer at the hotel account no:

Without a deposit payment in any of the two ways mentioned above, the hotel will cancel the reservation in ten days’ time.
3. Cancellation Policy
Customers are entitled to withdraw from this agreement within 14 calendar days without giving any explanation. The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the day of the reservation.
In order to exercise the right to withdraw, you have to inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract with a clear statement (e.g. by post, fax, e-mail, telephone or by the link inside the e-mail you received when the reservation took place).
In order to meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your statement regarding your right to withdraw before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you decide to withdraw from this agreement, we will fully refund you within 14 calendar days of the day you informed us of your decision. We will refund you with the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, the hotel will not charge you for such a refund.
The customer can cancel free of charge up to 21 days before the day of arrival. In such a case the customer will receive 100% of the deposit paid for the reservation.
If the customer cancels in less than 21 days than the day of arrival, half of the total booking cost will be charged.
4. The capacity of the rooms is as stated on the site and no extra beds can be added, except for a baby cot.
5. Pets are not allowed in the hotel
6. Smoking is not allowed in the hotel rooms
7. The kitchen is for making/heating up light meals only and not for proper cooking
8. Check-in starts at 14:00pm until 23:00pm
Check-out starts at 05:00am until 12:00 (noon).
